Bang! Bang! Bang! If you enjoy sleep deprivation, rent from Mozart where the water pipes in the walls bang all night long. I haven't gotten a good night's sleep since last October when the radiator heating was turned on. Can they do anything about it' No, not unless they tear down the buildings and build new ones. Is the mgt sympathetic' No. In fact, everything you read about them is true. They are rude and down right disrepectful to renters. Is their lease legal' Yes, I had a lawyer look at it. Is the lease outrageous and unreasonable' Yes, but the law od supply and demand is at play here. Mozart preys on all the students who desparately need a place to live and they don't care if you don't like how they treat you, they've got plenty of other potential renters lined up. They raise the rent every year regardless, so expect that, although they tell you that it not true. I have found that the people who work in the office are void of morals, lie, don't follow up, and again, disrespectful. Heed my warning and rent at your own risk!
