I posted before when I lived in Mozart's Highmont. We loved it there, but moved to be closer to Campus. The Pennsylvania is a great place to live. You have to take extra precautions I've hear if your window is on the ground floor, but that has nothing to do with the management and everything to do with being city smart. The wood floors are great. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional. They do come in periodically (2x year') to check things like paint, pipes, filters... they come within the hour if you call for maintenance 24 hours a day. The office is about .5 mile away and they will receive your packages, and call you when they arrive. Sure beats missing the UPS man and going to the truck depot. Pretty quiet building, except for steeler games. undergrads and a bar down the street make it a bit loud on the weekends if you have your window open. Underground parking is fantastic. Only complaint is that the washers and dryers are unusable. I have to redry EVERY load of clothes, even if it is just a set of sheets. I go elsewhere to do laundry. Some washers (2 out of 4 will just stop and not restart). Seriously, I've lived here a year and the machines are a waste of money. They are usually empty, because no one in their right mind does laundry here. Overall we are very very satisfied and recommend the management company to our friends.
