(user photo) little black things are termites, entire floor also covered like this every day during summer (user photo) water came down from ceiling in whole apartment, they lied about source of problem, it was bursted pipes but said upstairs apartment had large garbage can of water that spilled (user photo) moved furntire best I could, but water coming down from everywhere, some things had to get wet (user photo) sorry for gross picture, but black water was regular occurrence, I bought bottled water for fear of my health

i rented from Mozart for a year and i can safely say, in the 4 apartments I've occupied in Pittsburgh, they were the WORST landlords.

There were NUMEROUS unscheduled and totally illegal visits into my apartment that they called inspections. Not sure what they were looking for, but i was never informed.

a few of the office personnel were frequently rude and had selective memory when it suited them.

The apt itself was run down and in need of upgrading. Not worth the hassle. There are hundreds more places to rent from. RUN while you still can.
