God forbid you ever cross paths with ----. She's the estrogen deprived evil woman that previous reviewer's have addressed. She's a malicious cold hearted disease of a person. She treats people like they have the privilege of being screwed over by her and Mozart. I've lived at Mozart over four years now and apparently I'm a masochist because I continually put up with her abuse. When you call to report something wrong with the apartment -- she'll call and leave messages to threaten you about apartment insurance (which I have) rather than address when a maintenance issue will be fixed. She's a sweetheart to people who haven't signed a lease yet -- and pure evil to those who are stupid enough to be under her bidding. Mozart could probably fix 80% of their management issues by replacing some of these old woman with serious hatred of life issues. I know ---- had some issues with a deceased husband years ago (that's the word amongst the maintenance staff that enters my apartment whenever they want) -- but ---- doesn't need to take her CRAP from home into the office and treat people like the roaches in their apartments. MOZART -- Try taking your nightmare of an office staff through Dale Carnegie's programs. You can still have an effective staff, with NICE people.

yes it is true there are roaches in several buildings. i used to work there, and they told this older lady that she was crazy, that there weren't any roaches. She ended up moving to an old folks home, seemingly senile. Of course I got to know her pretty well, and she was so nice and offered me all her nice kitchen pieces, since I had just got my own place. When I went in to get them, I was greeted by none other than the "imaginary" COCKROACHES!!!
