After reading these reviews I am even more glad that I never rented from Mozart Management. I viewed the Wendover and I was going to take it, but they declined my application for the reason that I was not a full time graduate student. I told them that I was a part time undergrad student with a babysitting job, but I could afford the rent. They would not even allow me to get a co-signer! The apartment building seemed very old but the common areas looked nice. The rooms had thick coats of yellowish paint and the bathroom was not updated. I ended up choosing the Essex House instead and paid a couple hundred dollars more than the Wendover would have cost per month, and always paid my rent on time. Overall I am glad they declined my application because I found a much better place. McQuarters Realty is a much better and friendlier management company to go with.
