Nob Hill Greentree Apartments

A good choice with more positives than negatives From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   The Apartments are ideally located.They seem to loom large on swallow hill rd. They are generally well maintained but the last one year has seen some sloppy work. The staff used to be polite and smiling a few years back..but now are business like...but never rude. The rooms are smaller than other apts. but are cosy and well heated..heat is included in the rent. The annaul rent increases are nominal. There is adequete parking and snow clearance in winter is very good. Each floor has a common laundry. The machines work well but are few. The corridors seem dimly lit and need cleaning. The elevators work but are slow. Security is excellent and they have a close circuit TV for identification. The front portion has a lovely lounge area. The fitness center is average..and lacks facilities that were provided earlier like drinking water. Overall a pleasant place. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
