Nob Hill Greentree Apartments

Very nice place to live! From: crisp9999 Date posted: 8/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005   My husband and I have lived at Nob Hill for seven years. We have found it to be a wonderful place to call home. Over the last seven years, the management, maintenance and leasing staff have changed several time - much for the better. The Property Manager is friendly, efficient and a problem solver. She is always available to the residents without an appointment. The Maintenance staff, although small in number, is helpful, knowledgable and quick in responding and the leasing staff is very helpful and concerned about the residents. Over the last seven years, we have had many upgrades to our apartment. We have been given a ceiling fan for our diningroom, a new air conditioner, new ceramic floor tile in the kitchen and bathroom, new kitchen countertop and a new vanity and medicine cabinet in the bathroom. We did not ask for any of these items to be replaced - they did it on their own. Nob Hill is a great value for the money, especially since all utilities, except electric are included. Overall, Nob Hill is a great place to live, close to the city, and a place that my husband and I intend on living for many years to come.
