Nob Hill Greentree Apartments

I loooooooooooove Nob Hill From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I have lived in a couple of apartments in Pittsburgh and various other states and have never been treated as graciously and warmly as I have at Nob Hill. The maintenance guys are even great (not usually what one expects!) and go out of their way to give you a smile and wave! I have lived at Nob Hill for almost three years now and have had nothing but great experiences. I moved here from one of the newest complexes in Pittsburgh which could not begin to compare to Nob Hill. Granted, Nob Hill is a little older but the building and grounds are extremely well maintained and clean, looks great and the inside has a nice touch. Everyone in the office is great (much different from my old place) and always greets you by name with a smile, asks if everything is OK in your apartment or if they can do anything to assist you. (Just today, I saw two Maintenance guys go into the parking lot and assist an older lady with about ten bags of groceries that she was struggling with. Not necessary but exceptional service - way above and beyond in my book! Certainly didn't have to. This staff is a breath of fresh air compared to the grumpy staff that I was used to dealing with at my previous place. I have only lived in Pittsburgh for five years total. I have met most of my friends while living at Nob Hill. Great activities are frequently planned that appeal to all different age groups if one wants to participate. I will live here until I get ready to purchase a house. Wonderful place, great people and fantastic price!
