You get what you pay for. From: bizybeegold Date posted: 2/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived in this community less than a year. Nice, peaceful place to live and pet friendly. The Staff are very helpful and professional. Maintanence is great and very prompt. New building, spacious, nicely structured. Architect should have given some more thoughts about interior setup like cupboards, fridge location and more. Amble of parking, no probs finding one for you. During peak winter, snow cleaning is prompt. Ground and landscape is good, but nothing special. Facilities... Nah. They dont even let you take a copy or fax docs. Fitness center is too small and not enough equipments. Surroundings... All kind of restaurent chains (Pizza Hut, McD, Wendys, KFC, Subway), Giant Eagle (Grocery), Dollar Shops, KMart and US Post Office are in walkable distance. Overall the place is nice and enjoyed my stay here. I'll certainly recommend this community.
