I have lived hear for about 8 months with my wife since I left the Marine Corps in June of 2003.
I looked at this apartment second on my list when looking and stopped looking after seeing this one. The office staff is wonderful and helpful and you are always treated with respect and courtesy. They handle problems very well and make sure their tenants are happy.
The apartments are a good size, especially for the price, and being in Pittsburgh. Parking is PERFECT. There are not marked spots because there is never any problems finding spots. The buildings are VERY secure with buzzers to let people in. These are older model apartments built with concrete which make them very sound proof, you literally hear nothing from your nieghbors expect in the hallway which is only when the come and go.
Maintance problems are handled very timely and done right the first time. You will always see him driving around and working on something. The community is kept up very nicely.
The only thing people will notice is that even though it is a private drive locals use the drive for a through-way passage. Unfortunetly police refuse to enfore it, but it is not a major concern.
I would recommend this complex very much and you will be pleasently surprised!!
