The complex has its perks and its problems. The location is excellent and very convenient to just about everything. The grounds are kept relatively well, but don't have a maintenance emergency in your own apartment, you never know when you'll get a response, or after getting an initial response, you never know when it will be fixed. They advertise as accepting DISH network, but gave us a lot of problems after move-in. As of this posting, management has changed from Lincoln properties to the owners, The Sampson Group. Not sure whether there will be any changes. It's a bad traffic spot - there are many locals that take the road through the complex as a shortcut, often at rediculous speeds and ignoring stop signs. And you may as well completely ignore the "exercise facility" and "movie rental." The room is about 300 square feet and last time I was there had about 4 peices of equipment. The movies - small selection, and you only have access to it when there's someone in the rental office, which can often be never. Our main issues are the amount of space (which is average, we've just outgrown it) and that the heating/cooling units are older have given us many problems, increasing our utility bill for most of the year.
