No Proper Venitliation for Washer/Dryer created mold!

Yes, the price and location are great for this apartment, but there is a ventilation problem in the first floor apartments. We lived in a ground floor apartment with an in suite washer and dryer. There was no ventilation for the unit or any of the units as told to us by the maintenance man. We had to run both bathroom fans plus a dehumidifier and we still had mold form in every room of the apartment. The same problem has occured in many other units as well also told to us by the maintenance man. The ventialtion was fixed, but not until after six months of complaining and two walk throughs of the management. The apartments are also are not sound proofed as was stated by the management. Noise can be heard from all apartments on our floor even in the back of the apartment.

I agree. In fact, there is a ventilation problem in the every floor apartments.
