Overall I am very Happy with my apartment at NPC. I have been here for over two years and I have just renewed my lease for a thrid year. The reason why I am here is because it is quite, safe, reasonably priced, and close to the city. It is nice to have the feeling of living downtown with out all the advantages of being outside the city. A second reason why I continue to stay is the level of service from the building managment that I recieve; they really make you feel like you are their number one tennant and they would do anything for you.
