I believe that several reviews were straight from the office. They might be paid to do that, part of their job. Actually, the office staff could act more professional and not post on here' It is for people who have lived here. Deciding to live here is the worst mistake I ever made. False promises! My apartment was dirty when I moved in and had to clean it myself, not to mention the repairs that were needed. The woman in the office is not very pleasant either. She pretended to be nice when I first came in to take a look at the apartment. Once I became the resident, she is NOT friendly anymore!

Maintenance - if you want things fixed put them in the very LONG waiting list. They would get fixed in about a month or more. I remember once I had to notify them a whole list that needed to be done, and it took them a month to get even STARTED! Then, 3 months to complete it! There was ONLY ONE maintenance guy to take care of the entire property. Does the service worth the rent'

I am extremely glad that my lease will end in next couple months! I would definitely recommend North Pointe Common to my worst enemy.
