DO NOT BELIEVE IT.

This apartment managed by the Simpson Morris Group. That s why you see many problems with the management. Marie is the North Pointe Commons manager with one assistant, April. Simpson Morris Group was awarded by many organizations but it was long time ago (2004). So now it is a different story.

I can't speak for the other 2 reviews from 6/14, but rest assured, those are my words, not those of the apartment manager or anyone else. Before I move out at the end of next month, I wanted to give feedback based solely on my time @ NPC, which has been entirely positive. Your experience has obviously been different, but that doesn't mean that the positive comments here are made up or coerced by the apartment managers.
