BAD, BAD, BAD. . .

I moved in during the summer of 07. All seemed well until I noticed that my windows were not closing enough to actually lock the window - there were actuall three windows with this issue. Management sent someone a few days later...said it was fixed; I assumed this to be so. Winter comes around and my heat bill is more than double what it should be. I can feel cold air almost flowing in. Management sends someone a few days later and says the windows won't close, same person that "fixed" them. FOUR MONTHS LATER the windows get fixed. I went nearly the whole winter without windows closing properly, with gigantic heat bills that they refused to adjust and to top it off when I would call, which was often as I was freezing even with the heat cranked up.... the property manager, Marie, went sa far as to start swearing at me for "bothering" her so much. So you decide if you'd like to live here.
