I lived at North Pointe for a year. It is a clean & secure apartment complex. The onsite manager is very nice & helpful & I never had any problems. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and we only had very minor problems throughout the year that I would expect anywhere I live. They were always taken care of immediately. The apartment is extremely convenient to 279, McKnight Rd, the grocery store, & a couple beer distributors.
