I have lived at North Pointe Commons for almost a year and had I not recently lost my job, I would definitely be renewing my lease for another year. My biggest concern was moving into an apartment alone but safety has NEVER been an issue at NPC. Parking is excellent - you never have to look for a space and your friends family always have somewhere to park while visiting. As far as noise goes, from inside my apartment I have never heard any of my neighbors. Occasionally, you can hear people coming up the steps but that is it. The grounds are very well maintained with plenty of lighting. Any of the staff members with whom I have dealt have always been professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The commute from NPC to downtown couldn't be better with the Ross Park and Ride less than a mile away. I absolutely couldn't be happier with the complex and I highly recommend it to anyone looking in Ross. Twp. It's definitely a great value for the money!!
