Although its not in the normal price range for college living, it is absolutely the best deal you can find. They have new and attractive appliances and layout. I live in a 3 bedroom townhome and it has been working out well. The only complaint I have is the window's are poorly insultated... leads to a higher than expected heat bill. Other than that, community beautifully maintained. As for the noise of the buses.. its a city.. and having buses means having transportation close at hand. That's definately not something to complain about in my book.
