While the apartments themselves are nice inside, the neighborhood is terrible. It borders the 'hill district' which is where the projects of Pittsburgh are located...not good. During the summer, there a tons of people loitering outside - both adults and children. They will ask if they can 'use' your cell phone and make obscene comments (even in the middle of the afternoon). Neighbors would honk their car horns at all hours of the day and night, and there was always loud music playing. I witnessed at least 4 domestic disputes in the street from my window and most occurred after 1 am. There is broken glass and garbage all along the streets. Find a safer, cleaner neighborhood!
