my roommate and i decided to live here because of the friendly leasing staff, the apartments are in beautiful condition, and the rent isn't that bad. however, everything is just how the previous comments explained it. we have only been living here a month and they already lost one of our checks and tried telling us that we owed half of our rent. they also tried telling us that we owed half of our security deposit, which is impossible because you must turn in a security deposit in order to get your keys. i have had members of the community yell obscene things at me, i have witnessed numerous drug deals, and it is noisy at all hours of the day, making it very difficult to study. tonight someone purposely ran into a bunch of cars parked along the street and had to be taken away from the police, only after his truck wouldnt move anymore. the security around here doesnt seem to do much. ive only lived here for a month and i cant wait to move out already. only 11 more months..
