Very good value/well managed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Quality facility with good management. Basement garden apartments have wonderful view of woods. Very convenient to CCAC next door. Some bus service available, but need a car to live here. Would live here again if opportunity were presented, although rent is a bit pricey.
