When I first came here a year ago the staff was friendly and was eager to help in anyway. Over the last few months ALL of the staff have become bitchy and impossible.
If you are looking for an apartment that is ok and you expect to not have any problems with your apartment and just want to drop off your rent check on the first of the month, the Oaks are ok.
Please DO NOT come here. The mangement is unbelieveably rude!

This seems like a dubious reason to avoid the Oaks. Not that I'm agreeing; I've always found the staff to be courteous and helpful.
