Cute place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I think this place is really nice. My apartment is very homey and plenty large. All maintenance requests are handled promptly (usually that day) and the handymen and staff are very nice. The pool is really nice. I especially appreciate this because the last place I lived had a pool and they hardly ever cleaned it. The Oaks lifegaurds and staff keep it crystal clear. It is a nice wooded setting and very quiet. I have hardly ever had any complaints about noise and can't hear anything from my neighbors. Very nice atmosphere. Of course, I wish the rent were lower ;-) but, I have nothing but nice things to say about this place.
