Though it is strategically located (good for parents with kids due to school proximity), it is an old apartment complex.
Heating bills are high in winter due to thin glasses that provide no insulation to preserve heat.
Even though you have one reserved parking space for town house, violators who often park in your reserved spot are never punished.
If you have teenagers sharing town house next door, forget about sleeping at night. If you do not have a music system of your own, do not worry. You can always hear music played in neighbor's house.
If you do not smoke no problem, you can always smell your neighbor's smoking from the heating vents.
Even though pet policy says cats only, you might find you neighbor moving in with 8 ft long Burmese Python.
good luck!

It sounds like most of your complaints are about your neighbors. I lived in a townhome here and had no noise from the neighbors, they had no pets, no smoke, and never took my parking space. There's a chance of bad neighbors in any facility.
