This was THE WORST COMPANY I have ever rented from and the worst building I have ever lived in. Prior to move in they gave away the apartment I was suspose to have and gave me a replacement apartment. This apartment was a mess when I moved in. There was broken glass on the balcony, broken closet doors, the toliet never flushed properly,and the list continues. Every maintanence request I put in was ignored except for when my BALCONY railing fell off. Even then it took them 2 weeks and several e-mails from me to get them to come out . In the winter I had to use electric heaters because there was so much mold in my heating ducts that I got hives whenever I tried to turn my heat on. At one point the water company posted a notice saying they were shutting off the water in our building because the bill hadn't been paid. They just screwed me out of the majority of my security deposit because they claimed I didn't clean things that I scrubbed the hell out of before I moved out. The snotty receptionist informed me I had to show proof that I cleaned the apartment. I left the place looking a whole lot better than when I moved in. I bet if I went into the place right now it would look exactly the same because they just kept my money. I have a million other complaints but I think you get the idea. DO NOT RENT FROM TRENDS CAPITAL OR JASON COHEN!!!
