We have been at the PG for about two years, love walking to work but there are safety issues. Somebody was shot and killed in the back alley a couple months ago, also the other night somebody torched a car in the back alley. Having Dowe's on 9th (Friday is apparently hip-hop night) and Blush (strip club) right around the corner probably doesn't help. That said, it's great to walk to work, and the staff is very friendly. Noise can be a problem, both from neighboring apt's and outside, and parking can be an absolute nightmare...they give you a spot down the street at Theatre Square, but late at night it can be dangerous walking back to the apt. building.
