terminaion of most leases creates a problem with management declaring damages or excessive usage & wear of apaRTMENTS & WITHHOLDiNG SECURTY DEPOSITS.
ALSO CLAIMING EXECESSIVE CHARGES OVER & ABOVE SECURITY DEPOSITS THAT ARE UNDOCUMENTED. do not let them intimidate you into forfeiting security deposits! lEGALLY, THEY must PRESENT YOU WITH A written detail of damage claims and estimated within 30 days of termination of lease or else claims are legally NULL & VOID. DON'T LET YOURSELF GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS SCAM....know your rights! aLSO, DON'T GET FULLED BY MANAGEMENT'S PLEASANT DEMEANOR & ATTITUDE WHILE RENTING. THEY ARE RUTHLESS AT COMPLETION OF LEASE!

I have lived at the Penn Garrison for many years now. The only reason I have not moved out since the new management has taken over is its a very close walk to work. The new management is terrible. The lady before was very nice and never scammed anyone. The new regieme will bleed you dry when you move out, be careful. I hear many complaints of people in the process of moving out. Another concern I have living there is safety walking around the area. It did get better for awhile with the new safety ambassadors that try to keep out the riff-raff, my hats off to them for a good job. It was with no help of the police, the police are active in the city during the day writing tickets like crazy making money for the city, but come night-time they disappear. There is no money in busting the real criminals. Crime has been increasing recently, mostly armed robberies that dont make it to the papers as they want to keep the downtown areas reputation and the rich people coming in to spend money. Personally I would not walk the streets day or night unarmed. Its not that the people that live in the city are bad, its the warzones around the city, its convenient for these animals to cross the bridge and rob the rich people and flee back over the bridges. On the streets stay alert, keep your head on a swivel. If someone approaches you to talk to you do not engage them. Thats how most of the robberies start. They are sizing you up. Make distance between you and them and even run if they get aggressive. The other attacks are from behind, usually multiple perps surprize tackling from behind. Watch your back. take care PG resident

The 30-day rule for security deposits is only enforceable if you give your forwarding address IN WRITING when you move. Send it registered mail for proof.
