Liked the convenience of shopping nearby and other resources. The fact that I lived near the loading dock and trash compactor made it very noisy at times. The trash compactor gets stuck often! Management is accommodating...when they want to be. Watch your heat bill skyrocket during the winter though. I don't need much heat and throughout the winter, I had bills totaling over $100 per month strictly for heat! Overall, it's a nice and safe place but keep the management honest. You need to keep on them about problems. Otherwise problems just won't get resolved.

completely accurate about having to keep on management about problems. they try to forget them quickly and have huge issues addressing them in a timely manner. the maintenence staff has an attitude about everything they have to do
