Management is very responsive and handles problems promptly. After moving in, I was surprised to find out that, the tenants are mosty 50 . A lot of them have lived there for years and years. It is quite, clean and well maintained and very spacious. The convenience and proximity to all your necessities is great. If you can put up with the Monroeville traffic...Penn towers has everything anyone would want in a home.
