I love living here!

I have lived here for over a year and I may have a different prospective on certain issues than the senior citizen residents of the building.

There are plenty of parking spaces for the building although they are first come, first serve and not always are there spaces right next to the front or back entrances but there are always enough spaces next to the side entrance. They only charge $35/mo. for a garage which is cheaper than most other apartments. I do make sure that my garage door is always closed for common courtesy to my neighbor.

The building is very quiet. I have never heard any of my neighbors and none of my neighbors have ever heard me.

Most of the senior citizens that live here have been here for quite some time and they do not adjust to change very well. Receiving packages was always explained to me as a courtesy that the office would except them and hold them for me. There are so many apartments in the building, that I would not expect the office personnel to deliver all of the residents packages.

The apartments are very spacious and there are tons of closet space and I also have a free storage locker which also helps.

I have only needed to request maintenance for small things, like my bathroom sinks were clogged and my air conditioner was blowing hot air. The maintenance came that day and took care of it with no complications.

There have been some occasions when I needed to bring groceries in and there were no carts available but I also understand that there are so many people that live here and other people use them also. It would be impossible for the management to have a cart for every apartment. It is a good idea to purchase your own just to have it for your own personal use.

There has only been a few times that I needed to speak with the office and they are always friendly and helpful. They made my move in happen very smoothly.

My only complaint is that the rent is on the higher end and it is hard for someone on my type of income to afford it. But, I make it work because I believe it is worth it for the service and the amenities.
