Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
My apratment is on the 8th floor and I have significant water damage in my bedroom. The smell is terrible and there is mold beginning to grow. Holes were punhced in the dry wall to air it out and only the wet padding was removed from under the carpet. Their plan is to paint over not replace the dry wall and clean not replace the moldy carpet. I cant stay in my apartment because I have a 17 month old and it is unihabitable.
