Old Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Hello, I had been living here during 2003 and my worst experience in my rental history. The apartments are quite old in terms of construction, carpets and airconditioning.They charged us for recarpeting the whole apartment which amounted to $900 because they damaged it while they were repairing the aircondition.They assured us that they themselves will take care of it but when we moved out they charged us the above amount.When we talked to the the management regarding this they were very rude and harsh. Be careful when moving in. Check all this and let the management know about it so that before leaving you can be sure that they will not charge you for all those.
