Not good at all

I lived at Presidential for a few years. Overall, the quality of living in this complex is terrible. They are extremely money oriented and try to keep everyone's security deposits. They do not return security deposits for any reason, and if you need to move they make you pay an additional 4 months rent and a breakage charge. Four of my neighbors have left Presidential in the past year. The reasons they left were:
1)Notices of new rules and regulations on a weekly basis 2)Rude workers 3)Management is not flexible for people with special considerations 4)Rent increases every year by the maximum rate.5)Noisy tenants and constant working noise.
It is one thing if people are moving out to buy homes or get new jobs, but Presidential tenants most often move because they need to find another apartment. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
