I've only lived at Presidential Arms for a year and if I wasn't moving in with my man I'd stay. i do agree with other reviewers here about the hallway noise but I lived in a quiet building so this was never a problem for me.
When I got my "renew your lease" notice I did balk a bit about the raise in rent but a few days later came a notice about getting a month free if I renewed so it brought it down some.
