I hate presidential arms, it was recomended by friends, so I moved here without totally checking it out and I completely regret my decision. It is winter now, I've wrecked my car becuase they NEVER plow the streets or your parking lots. THey haven't shoveled my sidewalk either all winter, and I'm paying 550$ for a 1 bd apt thats worth only about 475&tops. Electric is very high, my electric for my 1 bd this month (Feb.) is 190$ and I work full time and attend grad school in the evenings. That's for just the nights and weekends!!

Overall, the worst place I've lived, i have 5 mths left in my lease and I can't wait to move.

Also, front entry doors do not lock, and access to basement (washers/dryers) is mostly unlocked as well. This means ANYONE could come and go in the building pretty undetected. I haven't had any problems, but it definately crosses my mind. Parking lots aren't very lit either, No lighting in the back of apartments too.
