I am about to renew my lease at Presidential Arms, yes I said it RENEW my lease here. The previous review I just read made a good point about the snow removal but it is not as bad as he had made it out to be. The snow removal is slow but generally is taken care of within a day (not helpful when you leave for work at 6:30, however if you slow down and drive carefully it's not a problem. I live in a 2 Bedroom apartment and my electric was at MOST $90 generally it sits around $75 and I live here with my wife and we are both in our mid twenties. There are relatively few families and mostly young couples and even a few La Rouche students. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to live for a few years while they save for a house. The rooms have a fair amount of space and in good condition. The only drawback I had was with maintenance and fixing the dryers in the laundry room to work effectively.
