Over all I think the apartments are good. I'm going on my 3rd year here. They just allowed dogs into my building and we're having an awful experience with one dog who barks continuously when the tenant is not home. But it's getting worked out.
I enjoy the wooded area that my balcony faces. It's convienently located within walking distance to North Park. It's true that rent goes up every year, but it does not go up a couple hundred dollars, this year to renew my rent went up $10/month. However I do believe most apartment buildings raise the rent every year, so Presidential Arms is no different.
FYI: Presidential Drive is under the Townships responsibility for being salted and plowed. So Presidential Arms is only responsible for salting and plowing parking lots. Which I have to agree they do not keep up with often enough.
