The sidewalks are never shoveled in the morning in the winter. Laundry room ALWAYS smells like mildew. Bathrooms and kitchens are outdated. The air conditioners are from the 80's. And not to mention the parking situation. Theres never vacant parking spaces. At times I had to park in the grass and walk 1/2 mile to my apartment. Def not worth as much as they charge per month.

Wow! That's not my experience at all. I guess it depends what building you are in. I didn't notice the walk not being shoveled. Our laundry room doesn't smell bad at all. The bathrooms and kitchen aren't in 2009 decor, but they are fine for the price of the apartment in my opinion. There is always TONS of parking outside my building. (1/2 mile has to be an exaggeration) I am going on my 3rd year living here.

If you dont believe me come see for yourself...harding building. Its discusting, and Im going to disagree that 900$ a month is a "good" price.
