I used to rent from Prudential Realty at Prospect Park before I purchased a house. When I lived in Prospect Park I felt that the Prudential staff was helpful and courtious. Anything that needed to be done was done in a timely manner. The apartment was cleaned and painted upon my move in, and the building was kept clean.
I believe that Prospect Park is a good value. Where else could I have lived for around $10.00 a day. I will continue to refer my younger friends there. It is a good place to start out.
