I just recently signed my lease for prospect park and can't wait to move in. I was given a two bedroom apartment, thats set up like a townhome. Two floors of space! I have windows on 3 walls and its a beautiful place. Every apartment comes with its ups and downs. The leasing office is right up the street, one of our close friends is a maintanence worker, and 2 other friends of mine are moving into Prospect Park. You can't beat that. I have trees, and green grass, and a decent amount of parking. They worked with my college loans, its a great starter place. Its not loud, or parties 24/7. Its nice.

You should really wait to review a place after you move in. I looked at this apartment building and was sickened. Your getting a bit overly excited...probably because it may be on of your first apartments. The rental agent that showed me an apartment said "this apartment is not in a secure building and women don't usually like to take these." What a great sales pitch!!! She basically said it was an unsafe ghetto. Also, there were young kids hanging everyone...like a dirty dorm. You must not have very high standards.
