I have lived in Prosepect Park for a good bit of my young life. Although I may not be the majority, I am a neat freak. I have not had any problems with insects, I have had no need to contact maintenance at either of the two apartments I occupied (I went from an efficiency to a one-bedroom), and I find the office personnel to be friendly and helpful.
I have recommended Prospect Park to friends, and my friends are as satisfied as I am.
I have visited individuals in other complexes throughout the South Hills, and I can tell you that Prospect Park is YOUR BEST VALUE.
