I have lived in Prospect Park in the past before buying my home. I lived in a townhouse. The property is well kept.The price of my townhouse was a plus also. Some of the advantages of living in The park is living in the suburb of Whitehall. The Maintence people are always quick to respond at the apts to any problem and are always curteous and professional. If yuor looking for a nice place to live try Prospect Park Apts.
