I have been at prospect park for several years..
no other place in the metro area where you find a one bedroom with everything included aka electric, heating for under $500.00 under $ 400 for a studio.
if your planning on staying only a year or two and your in school..its awesome..
consider this with the dorms costing over $700.00 amonth or more. rising costs for text books, yearly cost exceeds inflation. after its all done your paying over $ 40,000.00 for college.
so to save money paying less for living expenses. renting is better than living in the dorms..
overall its ok ..
