I used to live here. Never again. Everyone is correct about the ancient carpeting in the buildings, the bugs, the washers/dryers that rarely work, and the maintenance staff. Perhaps if they fix up the buildings like Leland Point (a/k/a Green Meadows) did recently, they'd attract some decent rent-paying people, and not have to rely on government money from foreigners who don't give a rat's a$$ about anything, since they're getting everything for free.
