This park is run by a makeshift management crew who are either...."fibbers" or make up the rules as they go along gang!!!! They got different prices for every person that walk through the door as well as different lease terms for every one that enters this park!!! I.E. 6 month, for some and a forced 12 month for others. I was wrong or I guess I misunderstood the phrase fair Housing authority. Don't get me wrong, there are many different ethnic groups in that place, which is fine, but why should they have different considerations then everyone else!!! so do yourself a favor and go to the office when their writing or dealing with a couple tenants at a time and see for yourself about the different prices they get for the same units!!!! and if you like being fibbed to see the brunette personally, I tell you she is a real piece of ---- , she might be able to fool you if she could keep her lies straight longer than 10 minuets. tenants BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reason this place is so aweful is because the owners Northern Group REALLY manages it and they do not want any money spent to fix it up. When they get a manager who tries, they let him go. The only management company running this place is the owner and they don't care about the tenants. Their only motive is the almighty dollar.
