I moved to this same apartment when I went to Pittsburgh for college in 97 I broke my lease and moved out six months into it for much the same reasons as the other reviewer described. The place should be condemned and torn down. My wife was very pregnant and it was NOT a healthy enviroment. I moved there in the dead of winter when it was cold. But as soon as the weather started to warm up, the roaches started appearing, and their management didn't do anything about it. Loud music and noise on a constant basis... I never felt safe living there. So we fled with our belongings one Saturday morning and never looked back. I'm sad that things have not changed there. It's a dump! Don't waste your money!
