I could go on and on about all of the problems that I've run into with this building, but the worst experience that I've had with Lobos is them ENTERING my apartment FOUR months before my lease was up to show it to possible future tenants - this would have been fine had I been made aware of it. I WAS SLEEPING IN MY BEDROOM when someone came in and was showing off my apartment. I was WOKEN up by a woman explaining details about the building. It was horrifying. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL.
When I called to talk to someone about this, they simply said "We can enter your apartment at any time that we want" - no apology. NOTHING.
Briefly: I went without hot water for 6 days, I went without heat for 2 months, when I left to go home for the Christmas holiday for 2 weeks I called them about my dishwasher not working correctly and they said they'd be right out to fix it... I came back 2 weeks later and my dishwasher STILL had water in it from 2 weeks before when I called and my apartment smelled absolutely TERRIBLE. I had to stay in a hotel for the night - again they just laughed at my call and hung up on me. You pay a PERCENTAGE of the entire building's water which averages around $25 a month (this is RIDICULOUS) - I was quoted $12-15 a month when I was shown the building.
These are just SOME of the problems I've run into with Lobos. While the property is VERY nice and safe, I wouldn't wish anyone to deal with LOBOS management. Please stay FAR FAR away from these people!
There are many other companies out there that have buildings available in the Pittsburgh area. I recommend ANY other one over this company.
