Nice building, grounds very nice and well maintained. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice location but on a busy corner which makes for a lot of traffic noise. Convenient to the bus, parking in garage if you can get a space; be wary of parking on the street (my car was hit AND broken into within just a few weeks of moving in). No one else seemed to have problems though. In a nice neighborhood but near several not-so-nice areas. A bit overpriced in my opinion, but nothing seriously wrong.
