It's just ok and cheap.......................

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
1. Very thin wall. I can't even walk in my room in night coz. the downstair always complain about this.
2. Only AC. in living room. ( No in bedroom and can't install.)
3. Some insect but apartment try to clean it.
4. Heat is central.. can't adjust and sometime apartment doesn't turn it on.
5. Good transportaion. Bus stop is in front of the apt.
6. No elevator.. It's painful when moving in and out.
